Cada vez m\u00e1s adultos de la generaci\u00f3n X y millennials consumen contenido tur\u00edstico en esta red social.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEl video corto, de tres minutos, es una herramienta poderosa para conectar con potenciales viajeros. La experiencia compartida es el producto en s\u00ed\u201d, asegur\u00f3, por lo que las marcas tur\u00edsticas deben enfocarse en elegir correctamente los canales seg\u00fan su audiencia, no solo por tendencias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De all\u00ed el \u00e9xito de los \u00abtravel influencers\u00bb, dijo, porque el impacto que tienen es c\u00f3mo comparten ellos esos videos cortos o c\u00f3mo comparten en TikTok la experiencia realmente de consumir un producto, lo que determina qui\u00e9n va a tomar en cuenta esa recomendaci\u00f3n. Por otro lado, subray\u00f3 la importancia de utilizar herramientas tecnol\u00f3gicas para recolectar, organizar y aplicar datos del cliente que permitan una atenci\u00f3n personalizada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c78 por ciento de los viajeros de ocio y 66 por ciento de los viajeros de negocios est\u00e1n dispuestos a compartir informaci\u00f3n personal si eso les asegura una mejor experiencia\u201d, indic\u00f3. Los viajeros de ocio buscan un toque personal, siguen queriendo ese contacto humano, quieren optimizar su viaje, hacerlo m\u00e1s enriquecedor, tener esa interacci\u00f3n personalizada y que realmente los conozcan, son estos clientes interesados tambi\u00e9n en compartir datos, pero con un beneficio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta fidelidad no necesariamente requiere un programa formal, sino que puede surgir desde el primer punto de contacto si el proveedor tur\u00edstico ofrece eficiencia, empat\u00eda y servicios adaptados a sus preferencias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n llam\u00f3 a los prestadores de servicios tur\u00edsticos a analizar perfiles de clientes por pa\u00eds o regi\u00f3n, ya que las motivaciones y comportamientos var\u00edan.
